1. Who is Vikrant International? 
Vikrant International is a Merchant Exporter with backbone of the manufacturing unit in Rajkot, Gujarat and successfully performing activities of manufacturing of replacement parts for a wide range of air conditioning and refrigeration compressors under the brand name of VK.

2. Do you have a valid Export License Number?

Vikrant International is registered in Mumbai, India, having a valid IEC (Import Export Code).

3. What do you require to import the goods?

You / Your company should have a necessary permission and document to import the goods as per your country law

4. How do I create my account?

Vikrant International allows for simple and easy online sending enquiries for products available on the website. To register for a new account, click on “Create an account” at the top of the page and fill in your information. From there you will be able to securely login anytime. Your account will contain the status and information of previous orders, as well as status of orders placed recently.

5. How to order online?

For the products you need, you can add it to the cart, and ask for request for quotation (RFQ) or directly click on the RFQ tab and mail us your requirements.

6. Why is it mandatory to fill in the contact details form?

In order to serve and assist you quickly we want you to share your contact details.

7. How do I reset my password?

If you have forgotten your password or would like to change it, click on “Forgot my password” on the sign in page. Enter your account email address and we will send you instructions on your email id for how to reset your password.

11. Why can't I find price on Vikrant International?

We shall offer price on your request.

12. How do I know the price?

To know the price, you must select the product, then add to cart you, and send the request for Quotation by clicking on RFQ button and after which we shall provide you with the prices.
 
13. When should I expect an RFQ to be replied?
 
All the Requests for Quotations are handled immediately and will be returned within 24-48 hours of the initial request date during our normal business hours, i.e Monday to Friday (10 am to 6 pm IST). Depending on the items requested, response could take longer than 24-48 hours.

14. What does replacement parts mean?
 
Vikrant International is an independent supplier of new aftermarket replacement parts and is not affiliated with manufacturers mentioned in this web site. Original equipment manufacturer (OEM) names are the trademarks of each manufacturer and are used for reference only. On products marked "equivalent" or "replacement," OEM names and part numbers are for reference only. These products can be used as replacement products from the original supplied by the manufacturer. These replacement parts meet and/or exceed the original manufacturer's product specifications.
 
 
15. What is the product compatibility?
All new aftermarket replacement parts, supplied by us are totally new, compatible and interchangeable with the corresponding original part and all critical dimensions and tolerances are in accordance with original equipment specifications and will perform only when operated under the same working and environmental conditions.
 
16. How is your Quality defined?
Vikay is an ISO 9001-2015 certified company. All vikay replacement spare parts are tested in strict accordance with internationally recognized quality assurance standards.

20. What is the warranty of the spare parts?

VK warrants all replacement parts supplied by them will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. VK makes no other warranty express or implified. This warranty shall be effective for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase. But shall not be effective unless Vikrant International has received the nonconforming products from the purchaser at our works,with transportation and other charges prepaid, within the said period.

This Warranty shall not apply to any VK product which shall have been altered, or modified in any way. The purchaser's exclusive and sole remedy for breach of contract (including breach of any express or implied warranty other than the above), shall be limited to repair, modification or replacement at the sole discretion of VK, of the non-conforming product. VK shall not in any event be liable for the cost of any special, indirect or consequential damages to anyone. Merchandise may not be returned without written authorization of Vikrant International.

All Disputes are subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction, India only.

21. Is there any Minimum Order Value (MOV) requirement?
No, there is no minimum order value. 
 
22. What is an RFQ?
An RFQ stands for request for quotation wherein we shall be providing you with the offer.
 
Pre-Shipping FAQs
 
23. How do you ship the cargo? What is the logistics support?
 
We ship the cargo on incoterms – ex-works basis.
You have the liberty to choose your mode of shipment-
-  By courier: you need to book the shipment at your end through DHL / FedEx / UPS / TNT & provide us with the Booking Reference Number.
-  By air / sea: You need to provide us with your nominated agent details in India, so we can handover the cargo.
 
 
24. What is Inco-Terms?
Inco –Terms or International Commercial Terms are a series of pre-defined commercial terms published by the International Chamber Of Commerce. They are widely used in International commercial transactions or procurement processes.
 
25. What is nominated agent / specified carrier?
Nominated agent means that you have to select an agency in India which would carry out the shipment process for you. PFC – Parts for compressor is making it easy to receive your orders by allowing you to use your nominated agent. This allows you to clear your shipment without any hassle and always know when and where your shipment is.
 
 
26. What documents will you provide with the shipment?
 
The normal documents are - Invoice, Packing list, AWB or BL. If any special documents required would be charged extra, e.g.
  • Certificate of origin – certified by chamber of commerce
  • GSP (Form A)
  • Third party inspection
  • Any legalization of documents, etc. 
27. How do you pack your products?
At Vikrany International the packaging is export worthy ensuring that the product reaches to our customers intact.
-   By Air / Courier : Packed in corrugated package.
-   By Sea : Packed in- Wooden package / Metal rack / Metal cage
 
28. What is Proforma Invoice? Why do I have to sign the Proforma Invoice?
Proforma Invoice is a pre-invoice stating the items ordered, the value of actual invoice, port of loading, port of discharge, country of origin & country of final destination, which will be sent by E-mail.
You have to stamp and sign the Proforma Invoice, and email the scanned copy to us, as it is a document, to clear the goods from Indian custom.
 
29. When will I receive Proforma Invoice?
The Proforma Invoice will be forwarded on receipt of your order, along with the following information
  1. Mode of Dispatch – Courier / Air / Sea
  2. Port of Discharge
  3. Final destination
  4. Documents required as per point No. 17
Payment FAQs
30. What are the terms of Payment?
Our terms of payment is Advance Payment, via Swift or T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) through your Bank, against our Proforma Invoice. We believe in secure modes of payment.
 
31. How do I transfer funds via Swift or T/T?
We will send you the Swift or T/T details along with the Proforma Invoice, to transfer the funds. After transferring the funds, you have to send the MT-103 copy.

33. What is MT-103 copy, why I have to send to you?
MT-103 copy is the Bank to Bank payment remittance advice. You will get the same from your bank as soon as you remit the funds. The MT-103 copy is required by our Bankers to trace the payment.
 
34. How do I get to know the payment has been received by you?
Once our bank receives the payment, we shall acknowledge you by Email.
 
35. What will be the delivery time or lead time of my ordered items?
After receipt of the payment by our Bank, the delivery will be scheduled as mentioned in our Proforma Invoice.
 
Post-Shipment FAQs
 
36. What is the status of my order? How will I get update of my order?
After receipt of full payment and when goods are ready for dispatch, shall intimate you via email-
-  Courier mode - you need to book the shipment from your end and provide us with the booking reference number
-  Air/sea shipment – provide us the details of your nominated agent & inform them to collect the cargo from our warehouse
And after the pick up as been made from our warehouse we shall inform you by mail
 
37. How do I track my shipment?
Courier Mode- once the goods are dispatched from our warehouse, we will provide you the scanned copy of waybill.
Air/Sea Mode-Your nominated agent shall update the status of shipment. Or else we shall provide you will the AWB/BL details.
